Distressed Antique Brass Door Knobs
British made, distressed antique brass door knobs, traditionally cast and individually finished by hand.
This door knob is the CR 4201-57 Verve Door Knob. Available in two sizes, the knob in the photo is the smaller version, the larger version is the CR 4201-65 Verve Door Knob.
The door knob in the photo is shown in the “distressed antique brass” finish. Like standard antique brass, the distressed antique brass is a "living" finish – designed so that with normal handling the raised areas wear to reveal the metal underneath, creating a naturally aged appearance not shown on cheaper alternatives. This differs from the standard antique brass by the metal also being barrel-rolled, to give a pitted effect and therefore a more rustic feel and appearance.
This door knob is available in over twenty-five other finishes, all of which are are very high quality, solid, cast brass or bronze, British made and individually finished by hand.
